A woman breached Kamala Harris’ Malibu property Friday night before private security stopped her.
Harris and her husband, Doug Emhoff, were not at home when the intrusion occurred. Security personnel intercepted the trespasser before she reached the main residence, according to Harris’ office and local law enforcement.
Eduardo Negrón, a spokesperson for Harris, confirmed the incident in a statement to The Hill. Last night, security personnel stopped an individual who illegally entered Vice President Harris and Second Gentleman Emhoff’s property before the individual reached the home,” Negrón said.

As originally reported, Negrón added that the couple expressed gratitude for the fast response from those on the scene. They are grateful to the security and law enforcement personnel who responded swiftly,” he said.
