Americans had enough of the nonsense and now the party of common sense is finally back in the White House to put their foot down.

There are dozens of other presidential actions that Trump participated in today, on his first day back as president. Former teacher wins $450,000 lawsuit after NOT using student's preferred pronouns

One former teacher is getting a massive payday! That's $450,000 after they won the lawsuit where they claimed they were forced to resign for not using a student's preferred pronouns or made-up names. Vivian Geraghty is the former teacher who gained public attention due to a legal case involving her refusal to use transgender students' preferred pronouns and names at Jackson Memorial Middle School in Massillon, Ohio. She was an English teacher at Jackson Memorial Middle School.

In August 2022, two students asked Geraghty to use names that aligned with their new gender identities rather than their legal names. Geraghty, citing her Christian faith, refused to comply with this request, believing it would violate her religious beliefs.

This led to her resignation from her teaching position after school officials allegedly told her she would need to "put her beliefs aside as a public servant." She claims she was forced to resign due to her refusal to use the students' preferred names and pronouns.

In December 2022, with the help of the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), a nonprofit legal organization, Geraghty filed a federal lawsuit against the Jackson Local School District, alleging violations of her First Amendment rights (freedom of speech and free exercise of religion).

The lawsuit argued that the school's pronoun policy amounted to "compelled speech." In August 2024, a U.S. District Court in Ohio ruled that the school's pronoun practice was not neutral and that requiring Geraghty to use the preferred names constituted compelled speech. However, the case went to trial to determine if her resignation was involuntary and if her conduct was protected under the First Amendment.

In early 2025, the lawsuit was settled with Geraghty receiving a $450,000 payout from the Jackson Local School District, following the court's ruling that her First Amendment rights were violated. No policy changes were made as part of the settlement agreement.

Public Attention: The case drew significant media coverage, focusing on the intersection of religious freedom, free speech, and transgender rights in educational settings.

CA courts may consider parent's affirmation of child gender identity in custody cases

Custody cases in California could become a lot worse thanks to a bill proposed that would have courts consider parents providing gender identity affirmation, or not, in heated custody cases. AP reported on this issue, which is being spoken about in the video above. As of now it seems very unclear what will actually happen. The bill is also being heavily criticized by people in the middle and to the right of politics. AP's news report stated this crucial information:

The California bill would make gender affirmation one factor among many that courts already have to consider in custody proceedings, including whether a parent has been abusive and how much contact the child has with the parents. If the state Assembly agrees to amendments made to the bill, it would still have to be signed by Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom to become law.

The bill would not require judges to prioritize whether a parent affirms their child’s gender identity over other factors. What affirmation looks like varies depending on the particular child and their age, said Assemblymember Lori Wilson, a Democrat who introduced the bill. She has an adult son who came out as transgender when he was a teenager.

Wilson said gender affirmation could include letting children play with toys associated with their gender identity, getting their nails painted or wearing their hair at a length that feels comfortable. The bill does not lay out specific requirements related to gender-affirming surgeries, which minors in California cannot undergo without a parent’s consent.

'You're just making it up': 5th grade teacher shuts down activist

A 5th grade teacher sparked controversy when he shut down an activist during an episode of Dr. Phil. The teacher put the activist in 'its' place over transgender ideology being taught in schools and if it belongs in schools or not. Most people say it doesn't belong, but there are still transgender activists who believe it does and should be forced into curriculums.

Fox News did a report on the Dr. Phil episode pointing out the following:

Dr. Phil hosted an episode on Thursday over gender "inclusivity" in schools, ranging from tampons being given out in boys’ restrooms to curriculum teaching transgender ideology. One guest argued that tampons being given out in boys’ restrooms would be a massive help to those who don’t have their own money. A 5th grade teacher however, replied with basic biological fact.

"Men do not menstruate. Only women menstruate," the teacher named Ray declared.

This got one of the acivists in the audience HEATED. The activist said: "Cis-men don’t menstruate, but trans men do menstruate, same as non-binary people... menstruating is not exclusive to women."

Except, menstruating IS exclusive to women because only a woman can menstruate? What is a woman? It's a person who can deliver, you know born with baby making parts and can get pregnant. It's not someone born with a penis and it never will be.

The Fox News report went on:

Ray cited biology about how being a male or female is designated by their chromosomes and argued women cannot become men.

"They’re not men… they’re women dressed as men. You are not a man. You can pretend to be a man, and that’s ok. That’s perfectly fine. Live your life," he said.

When people say 'I identify as' they are really saying 'I pretend to be' because they're not interested in being who they are, but instead, being someone they feel like they are.

At some point in the episode of Dr. Phil, Ray was interrupted and pointed out how rude it is to interrupt people. The audience member took it to another level by saying Ray was rude for denying people their gender identity. However, just because someone identifies as something, that doesn't mean the rest of us have to go along with their pretend gender or ideology. People can't force their fake pronouns on us and we're under zero obligation to use them.

The Fox News report quoted the heated exchange:

"I’d like to understand from your perspective why you don’t believe it’s rude and why you think you have a right to - when someone identifies a certain way - for you to tell them that that is not correct that particular gender or identity?" the audience member asked.

"Why do I feel that it’s right to tell them the truth?" Ray responded.

"But it’s not the truth," Jordan interjected.

"The people who hate the truth" object to it "because they see the truth as hateful," he responded. "If you want to identify in any way you can, you’re free to do so. But that does not mean that the rest of us have to join that illusion."

And then the teacher drives the dagger into the gender ideology in one more statement that will crush things. He points out A FACT and it's one that should end most discussions on this topic:

A visibly upset member of the audience asked, "If a transgender person is not harming you or the people you love, why do you care so much?"

"Because you want us to care," Ray answered.

"No, I don’t want you to care, I want you to be quiet," she said. "I want you to stop being hateful."

"I disagree with you, and so you call it’ hate,’" Ray replied. "But there’s no hate in my heart at all."

pro-transgender march

"You are being hateful. When you tell somebody that identifies as a man that they’re not a man, that’s hateful," the audience member said.

"That’s not hateful," Ray said. "That’s a fact."

Student banned from graduation ceremony over 'no in-between' comment gets more bad news

A high school student was banned from walking in his graduation when he made comments about gender that the school would eventually punish him for. He's now received more bad news and says a job offer as a firefighter has been rescinded. According to the Idaho Tribune, the school faced the following: "Over 100 parents and students protested Kellogg High School's decision to punish a student for saying "Guys are guys and girls are girls. There is no in-between." In spite of today's protest, Travis Lohr will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony."

The student was interviewed on 'Fox & Friends' according to The Blaze:

"Girls are girls, and guys are guys. There is no in-between," 18-year-old Travis Lohr recalled saying, as KHQ reported.

Lohr made the off-script comment at a high school assembly where seniors at Idaho's Kellogg High School offer a piece of advice to younger students.

More than 100 parents, students, and community members gathered Friday to protest the school's decision to ban him from participating in the graduation ceremony over the remark, according to the Idaho Tribune.

I didn’t direct it at any groups or anything like that; it was just something I chose to say in the moment," Lohr also told the outlet, adding that his remark was met with an "uproar of cheers."

Lohr said he was not asked to say sorry for his comments, and if he was asked, that he wouldn't apologize anyway because he believes in what he said and he's ready to stand by it. He was further quoted on The Blaze, who also mentioned how the male student lost a job he had lined up:

"I wasn't able to walk at graduation. My offer to work for the forest service was rescinded," Lohr also said.

Lohr told Campos-Duffy he was slated to start work Sunday, but when he went in to complete the final paperwork, his boss informed him he was rescinding the offer. He described the job as "fighting wildland forest fires."

"That's part of life, as I am learning, and I am going to continue to grow from here. I'm not going to dwell on it."

"I don't believe I would have been punished at all, personally, if I had said 'black lives matter,'" Lohr told Campos-Duffy.

"For this to happen over what I said, it's just controversial ... If people speak up like I did ... it seems frowned upon. You can be punished for it, obviously, like I'm being punished," Lohr said.

Idaho state rep Heather Scott had something to say about this on Twitter. She said the following in a long tweet:

UNACCEPTABLE! The Shoshone County Kellogg High school graduation is canceled for all students! So how I am understanding this is:

1. A student speaks scientific truth at a school assembly (“Guys are guys and girls are girls. There is no in-between.”)

2. Science denier “adult” teachers were offended.

3. The student was punished and is now forbidden to participate in graduation.

4. Parents, students, and community members voiced their concerns in a peaceful protest.

5. The school then fired an off-duty bus driver for joining the peaceful protest!

6. The Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office informed the school of concerns about “safety”

7. The school will now punish the entire student body and community by postponing graduation for all students.

* It turns out that one of the “offended” teachers is married to the sheriff.

I have called the principal for and explanation, but no return call. I hope they’re not on the phone turning in the names of parents to the FBI as “domestic terrorists.”

You get better government by getting better people in government. The community should be outraged! Shoshone County must rally around truth and our first amendment rights! Contact your elected schoolboard members and sheriff for more details on their decisions.

You're doin' makeup, men are over there p*ssing: all-gender airport bathroom is a clown show

A woman on TikTok was recording inside of an all-gender bathroom in an airport. I'm not sure which airport it was, but it's a total clown show. Not to mention people recording video in a bathroom is a bad idea of its own, but nevertheless, she persisted and got some people's reactions. They all seemed to be a little uncomfortable with it, but they were good sports and answered somewhat subtly, probably not knowing where the video would end up. At one point you see a woman doing make up and another guy come around the corner, no idea what he was doing over there. Some other guy is drying his hands.

The narrator is like "you're doing makeup, men are over there p-ssing" and it's just wacky all around. The bathroom does look clean though, probably because barely anyone is in it. If you've been to an airport, then you know those bathrooms can get quite busy for sure.

Just think about how stupid this is for a minute. It provides NO benefit to humanity whatsoever. It places MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN in the same bathroom areas. What's to stop some random creepy guy from grabbing a kid in there? Ya know, how ridiculous is this on a scale of 1 to 10? I'd say 100. You know what, you're gonna end up having dudes hang out in these bathrooms just to stalk women. At some point there will be a bathroom crime committed in one of these dumb idea restrooms where someone is hurt and who do we thank for that? Democrats. We thank the Democrats for messing things up and taking things that used to be fine and normal and turning it into crap.

You don't fix what's not broken!
