A Minnesota pastor died weeks after being pulled unresponsive from a cruise ship pool.
Pastor Steve Junker, a longtime minister from rural Elbow Lake, Minnesota, was found face down and unresponsive in a pool aboard the Sun Princess on August 16, 2026. The incident occurred while he was celebrating his son’s wedding on the ship.
