NJ woman gets ticket after running herself over with her own car - #YCMTSU

You can't make this sh*t up. A New Jersey woman was given a ticket after she ran herself over with her own car. I can't believe I just typed that. I wish AI told me it was a lie, but it's not. It's more real than the flat foreheads of aging plastic celebrities.

Here's the details. She's from Warren County. Cops showed up when they got a call about a pedestrian struck by a car. They got there and found out the victim was the same person as the driver - a 61-year-old woman. She was trying to get out of her car when she forgot to put it in park. The car started rolling and she tried to stop the car from rolling and then it rolled over her, then going down the street where it hit a Ford that was parked.

NJ101.5 had the scoop on the coupe:

Police said the woman suffered serious injuries and was taken by first responders to Morristown Medical Center, which is located 25 miles away by car. She is expected to survive.

Later, the woman was issued a summons for having an unregistered vehicle, police said. Officials did not release the identity of the woman. No one else was injured in the incident.

That's literally the most womanly driving thing I have ever seen. Tell us about your weird driving experiences or stories in the comments.
