E. Jean Carroll jokes about shopping sprees with Trump defamation money

Most people won't find this funny considering the situation. E. Jean Carroll was talking to Rachel Maddow, of all people, and joking about going on shopping sprees with the $83 million she won in a lawsuit against Donald Trump. ABC3340 reported:

“I have such great ideas for all the good I’m going to do with this money,” Carroll remarked. “First thing, Rachel, you and I are going to go shopping. We’re going to get completely new wardrobes, new shoes, a motorcycle for [attorney Shawn] Crowley, a new fishing rod for [attorney Roberta Kaplan].”

Carroll then asked Maddow what she wanted to do with the money.

“Rachel, what do you want? A penthouse? It’s yours, Rachel,” she exclaimed. “You want France? You want to go fishing in France?”
