Ruben Gallego responds to accusations he's the guy in Eric Swalwell video

Ruben Gallego is a Democrat who people think is in the video with Eric Swalwell and the prostitute. We're not sure if that's him or not, but Ruben is Eric's best friend in Congress and they are pretty much buddy buddy, so there's a good chance that could be him. We would need the full video to see it though.
