What's he trying to say, wrong answers only

Some folks say Joe Biden didn't decline, but yes he did. It's part of getting older and that's OK. The problem is with politicians and commentators who said he's just fine when we can all see and hear the decline with our own eyes and ears. Hello, it's natural to slow down a bit as you get older, so why are these people lying to everyone about it and making it seem like Joe was sharp as a tack the last few years?
