"Was that Liz Cheney" - someone jokes as person was escorted off stage

Someone rushed the stage during an event where Republican Matt Gaetz was speaking. The person was escorted off the stage and someone said "was that Liz Cheney?" It sounds like that's Matt Gaetz speaking, but he's not in the video so I cannot confirm it for sure.
