"Not Really" - President Bukele doesn't care about Biden speech

Salvadoran President Bukele is asked about being excited for Joe Biden's upcoming speech. Bukele answers "not really" and that was absolutely hilarious. I guess other world leaders are seeing what everyone else is seeing - a fragile elderly man who needs to retire on the beach. Let Joe retire, he's not fit for this job anymore.
