Democrat Rep. gets mocked as a 'Virgin Island Basket Case' who plays the 'race card'

Democrat Rep. Stacey Plaskett is in this video and people on Twitter had a LOT to say about her. KC said: "You can always count on @StaceyPlaskett to go on an unhinged race baiting rant as her “argument”… it’s always about 'race card' with this special one…" and there was a LOT of talk about this video. However, the one comment that stood out to me was the hilarious statement from Mike Hayes. He wrote: "Virgin Island basket case that has no power in DC she can't even vote on bills. So she comes to hearings to run her mouth."

I thought that was a perfect way to describe Plaskett, if you're asking for my opinion.
