Critical Whiteness lecture has people shaking their heads

This video was shared by the University of Denver who was offering a study guide on Critical Race and Ethnic Studies. I don't know what kind of job people would get with this stuff as it seems pretty useless. Maybe crap like this is why America is having a hard time keeping up with some other countries in education.
