Americans are getting fed up with illegal immigrants committing crimes. This country has enough of its own criminals, that we shouldn’t have to deal with criminals coming to America illegally, then breaking our laws too. In this case, an illegal immigrant named Pablo Mendoza, 23, was charged with raping a “mentally incapacitated” 14-year-old girl who could not consent. The report on WDHN said the girl was “physically helpless or mentally incapacitated” at the time of the alleged crime. The illegal immigrant crime report further said:
According to a complaint filed in the Coffee County court system on the day of his arrest, Mendoza had sex with a fourteen-year-old girl who could not consent due to her being “physically helpless or mentally incapacitated.” The alleged crime occurred on Tuesday, February 20.
Sheriff Scott Byrd confirmed to WDHN that Mendoza is in the United States illegally. Mendoza is being held in the Coffee County Jail without bond pending an Aniah’s Law hearing with Judge Joshua Wilson. Sheriff Byrd says once Mendoza’s case is finished in Alabama, he will be deported back to his home country.
Americans who aren’t afraid to say it out loud know how to fix this problem, but Joe Biden and his failing administration won’t do anything to stop the massive migrant problem happening at the southern border. This is on Joe Biden’s hands.
