Does anyone have any context on why President Joe Biden would randomly yell "woah" while in front of that audience? Like what the heck was going on in his brain? Was he thinking about the biggest ice cream cone he could get at Rehoboth Beach, but instead he's up there talking to people instead of enjoying retirement? Democrats and Jill Biden are guilty of elder abuse for pushing this man up there instead of encouraging him to relax on the beach and enjoy himself. What a selfish group of people.
