I guess this police officer in Canada (America's Hat) is on the side of the criminals. If you get packages stolen from your door and have the criminal on video doing it - then post that video. Screw what this guy is saying. He's enabling criminals by saying this nonsense. The presumption of innocence goes out the door when you've got the thug on camera stealing. Sorry buddy, but if you steal packages from my front step and I've got you on camera, that video is going on social media faster than Mike Tyson was knocking out people in his prime, and if you have a problem with it, then GFY.
