Susan Rice says Trump loyalists will be PUNISHED if Democrats regain power

Susan Rice promises that businesses who stood by Trump will end up getting punished if Democrats regain power. That's not how things are supposed to be. So after hearing this, why would anyone with any common sense ever think about voting for a Democrat ever again?
