Rep. Hillary Scholten makes the DUMBEST COMMENT about Save Act

Rep. Hillary Scholten looks like a completely clueless politician after she said the Save Act will prevent 160k women from voting in her district because they didn’t change their last names on their birth certificates after getting married. You don’t change your name on your birth certificate. That stays the same. The Democrats are just making things up at this point.
