Sheriff Gary McFadden of Charlotte doesn't know the branches of government

When asked what branch of government he works for, Charlotte Sheriff Gary McFadden replied, “Mecklenburg County.” Asked again, he still didn’t answer correctly. When questioned about the three branches of government and which one he serves under, he admitted he didn’t know.
