The president of the nonprofit which awarded the $80,000 to Mayor Scott’s now wife earns over $300,000 per year and was pictured drinking with Mrs. Scott at a Beyoncé concert last Summer.

Mrs. Scott’s nonprofit is delinquent in filing their tax forms, failed to disclose Mrs. Scott’s salary, and was sued and evicted for not paying rent.

Their $80,000 contract could not be presented upon request by investigative reporters

We need criminal investigations into the Baltimore city government immediately.
