Violent Pipe Attack Leaves Victim With Fractured Face, Career Criminal Gets Probation

In Chicago, a man walked up behind a stranger and attacked him with a metal pipe, fracturing his face and jaw and knocking out his teeth. He was sentenced to probation and will not serve any jail time. This same man has been arrested 57 times over decades for violent crimes and drug charges.
