Hernando Garcia Morales arrested for throwing rock through school bus window, fracturing girl's skull

A 40-year-old man, Hernando Garcia Morales from Mexico, was arrested for tossing a rock through a school bus window on the New Jersey Turnpike, injuring an 8-year-old girl and fracturing her skull.
