Woke judge refused to commit adult who threatened harm, he later plotted an ISIS-inspired massacre

A judge denied the FBI’s request to have an 18-year-old involuntarily committed after he threatened to harm himself and others. He later went on to plan a large-scale ISIS-inspired attack that could have claimed the lives of many innocent men, women, and children.
