Carleen Johnson, a veteran journalist from The Center Square, reported visiting four Somali-run home daycare centers in Federal Way, Washington, which receive taxpayer subsidies. Johnson claimed that at these locations, she found no children present and was threatened with police for attempting to speak with operators.

Washington state Attorney General Nick Brown responded to these developments by noting that his office has received reports of Somali-run daycare providers being harassed and accused of fraud with little to no fact-checking. He warned residents not to take investigations into their own hands and urged them to report any suspicious activity to the proper authorities instead. That is just him protecting criminals and being a woke joke for no reason.

The situation mirrors events in Nick Shirley's original 42-minute video, where he and a man identified as "David" confronted staff at several facilities. In one instance, Shirley was escorted from a health care complex by police after being confronted by a woman who accused him of assuming they were fraudulent based on their Somali heritage.

While state officials in both Minnesota and Washington have verified that many of these centers have active licenses and have passed recent inspections, the Trump administration responded by freezing childcare funding to Minnesota and implementing stricter verification measures for childcare funds nationwide.

The amount of fake day care fraud across America is finally being exposed at a mainstream level.
