15-year-old girl has passed away after hit-and-run

A 15-year-old girl tragically died after Julio Xocop-Vicente allegedly hit her with his car while she was riding her bike in Charlotte, NC, and then fled the scene on foot. He was released on a $10,000 bond, and his immigration status is unknown. He now appears to be on the run.
