Investigation reveals that 500+ daycares have no physical address

The fraud happening in this country is far worse than most people can imagine. In Washington state, there are 5,000 child care facilities, and more than 500 of them are Somali-run, often with no physical address, no set hours or operating 24/7, and receiving subsidies. It all feels like one big scam taking advantage of taxpayers.
