Tim Walz blamed 'white supremacy' and defends Somali fraudsters

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz characterized a series of federal fraud investigations as politically motivated attacks that "demonize an entire population" based on their race and ethnicity. Walz was completely wrong and is defending billions in Somali fraud. He should be having the criminals arrested, but like a true Democrat - he protects the criminals.

While responding to inquiries from the White House and federal agencies regarding massive fraud schemes, many of which involved members of the Somali diaspora, Walz argued that the investigations were not a "coincidence" and were designed to target his state specifically.

He further criticized the federal rhetoric surrounding these cases, denouncing President Trump for using disparaging language toward the Somali community and dismissing Minnesota as a "hellhole". The controversy intensified after viral reports highlighted inactive or fraudulent social service entities, such as the Quality Learing Center, which reportedly received millions in taxpayer funds while appearing deserted.

Critics, including Vice President JD Vance and House Republicans, have accused the Walz administration of "woke refusal" to confront the fraud for fear of being labeled racist. They allege that state officials ignored warnings from whistleblowers and that this hesitation allowed billions of dollars to be stolen from programs intended for child care, housing, and food aid.

Despite his criticisms of the federal government's approach, Walz has stated that he "welcomes" help in investigating the fraud, provided it is not used to smear an entire ethnic group. He has maintained that "if you commit fraud in Minnesota, you are going to prison," regardless of your background, and has pointed to new state task forces and technology initiatives aimed at improving oversight.

However, his administration continues to face significant pressure as federal authorities, including the FBI and U.S. Treasury, probe deeper into allegations that stolen funds may have been funneled to terrorist organizations overseas.

Tim Walz should resign and he should be held accountable for allowing so much fraud to happen right in front of his face.
