DEMOCRAT Whistle-blower may have just ended shady Adam Schiff's career

A DEMOCRAT Whistle-blower has said Adam Schiff knowingly leaked classified information. That's against the law. Espionage Act (18 U.S.C. §§ 793, 794, 798) criminalizes knowingly sharing defense or national security data with unauthorized parties.

The Espionage Act, codified under 18 U.S.C. §§ 793, 794, and 798, is the primary federal law used to prosecute the unauthorized handling and disclosure of national defense information. Originally enacted in 1917 during World War I and significantly amended in 1950, it serves as the U.S. government's main tool for addressing leaks, mishandling of classified documents, and traditional spying.

Senator Adam Schiff has faced renewed allegations in late 2025 stemming from a whistleblower report released by FBI Director Kash Patel. The report alleged that Schiff authorized the leaking of classified information in 2017 to create a public narrative against Donald Trump.

Schiff has categorically denied these claims, labeling them a "smear" campaign by the administration and noting that the source is a disgruntled former staffer who was fired for cause. Schiff has established a legal defense fund to counter these allegations and a concurrent DOJ inquiry into whether administration officials improperly targeted him with private investigators.
