Kamala Harris is accused of being drunk and wobbling during a college visit. She said the following statement and no one even knows what she's talking about: "When I was your age, knowing that everything that I'm being told and can feel tells us we can be and do anything that we expect you to be leaders locally, statewide, nationally and internationally."
