Subway owner Chandrakant Patel busted in massive migrant scheme

A Louisiana Subway owner named Chandrakant Patel was arrested by the feds for immigration fraud after getting “hundreds” of Indian nationals visas in a decade long scheme. Patel would pay police officers $5,000 a pop to create fake reports of armed robbery in order for individuals to qualify for special “U visas” — reserved for victims of crime. Patel would then be reimbursed once the visas were issued.
