Activist voice goes DEEP during heated moment with Nancy Mace

An activist confronted Republican Nancy Mace at a TPUSA event. The person's voice went from soft to very DEEP and people have their suspicions about the guy in a dress as he picked up a plant. Security came over as the guy in a dress picked up a plant because security wasn't sure if the man would throw it at Nancy Mace or not.
