Sheriff responds after finding Judge dead in courthouse

Effingham County Sheriff Jimmy McDuffie releases new details after a judge was found dead inside the Effingham County Courthouse Tuesday. A report said: "A state court judge is dead after authorities say he took his own life Tuesday at the Effingham County Courthouse.
