FBI says New Orleans suspect Shamsud-Din Jabbar likely did NOT act alone

The FBI says they do NOT believe Shamsud-Din Jabbar acted alone, and they are “AGGRESSIVELY running down leads” to identify his associates. They also say at least TWO IEDs were found in New Orleans’ French Quarter and were deactivated.
