NOLA Police Super had 'NO CLUE' anti-terror barriers were available to use on sidewalk

This may be the worst DEI hire we've seen since Joe Biden picked Kamala Harris as his VP. The New Orleans Police Superintendent says she had no clue that New Orleans had sidewalk barriers to defend against terror attacks. How does someone get that kind of job and have NO CLUE on how to protect the city?
