NOLA says attack was evil, but 'not an act of terrorism'

Chief of police on New Orleans terror attack: “This is not an act of terrorism, this is EVIL.." Yeah, no. That was straight up terrorism and anyone who disagrees is wrong. This lady must be a DEI hire because there's no other reason for her to be this incompetent.
