'All of this can be found at URL...' - Karen Bass messes up reading script

Karen Bass just got back from Africa to see California wildfires going crazy. The Democrat mayor couldn't even get her script right. She started saying... "All of this can be found at URL" - how are people this bad getting jobs in politics?
