CA approves $50 million to protect illegal immigrants and 'Trump-Proof' the state

California has approved a $50 million package to help Gavin Newsom protect illegal immigrants and 'Trumpproof' the west coast state from the current White House administration. This is taxpayer money that will ultimately go to waste, something California is good at doing.
