USAID was allegedly funding demining for unexploded U.S. landmines in Cambodia from the Vietnam War

Let me guess. If America stops paying for that, then they will say it's our fault if someone steps on a land mine from decades ago? Why don't they pay for their own demining? Why is America constantly paying for everyone else? That's OUR MONEY, so why is it being kicked all over the planet for things that won't ever benefit us?
