Kathy Hochul is mad she can't rip off New Yorkers with bogus congestion pricing

Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul sounds very angry that President Donald Trump got involved and put a stop to the congestion pricing that New Yorkers were about to suffer. It's just a bogus bill to rip people off and take their money. There is no reason that anyone should have ever come up with 'congestion pricing' - you know what, if it's congested and I want to drive - that's my problem, but don't try taking my money over it.
