This is the person freaking out about getting an email asking what 5 things they did that week. It would take a normal person about 1-2 minutes to answer that email, or it would take a lunatic all week to plan out a protest because answering an email is too hard for them. If you can't answer a simple email, then just quit the job so someone more capable and intelligent can do the work.
