Former bartender AOC thinks no tax on tops could become huge problem

Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez thinks the no tax on tops concept could become a major issue if people start turning their jobs into "tips only" jobs, and everyone is forced to tip each other for everything. Even if a job did that, I think that 1) the job would fail horribly due to some types of people being bad tippers, and 2) some folks would quit because of that, and 3) the job would end due to the repeated cycle of 1 and 2. It wouldn't be sustainable to an extent.
