Biden's federal trial court nominee couldn't answer question on 'Brady motion'

Sen. John Kennedy asked a Biden judicial nominee: “Do you know what a Brady motion is?” That's when Biden's federal trial court nominee Kato Crews: “It’s not coming to mind at the moment what a Brady motion is.” Biden and his team were not picking the best people for the jobs, as if that wasn't already apparent when guys in lipstick started working for Joe's administration.
