New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy couldn't name his favorite Kamala Harris policy. He also looks like he slept on the street last night. What's wrong with this guy? How are you a Governor and you show up on TV looking like that? And yeah, he's a Democrat. Collin Rugg reported:
