Kamala Harris mocked as "dumb" for odd constellation comments

Kamala Harris was doing an interview and it went about as bad as it could when she started talking about constellations. She was mocked for being "dumb" on social media as users couldn't stop laughing after watching her talk on video. How did she get this far in her political career when she's out there doing interviews and sounds like whatever THAT is?
