CBS talks with scientist Michio Kaku about lasers and the weather, and I am so confused. It sounds like they want to shoot lasers and manipulate weather. Look folks, I don't know anything about what they're talking about so just watch the video and form your own opinion. The only thing I know how to do with a laser is make a kitten run all over the house chasing a red dot. And to the science fact checkers out there - I am not saying anything here other than my opinion and I have no clue what these folks are talking about.
