Tulsi Gabbard talked to Glenn Beck over the phone. She suggested that a shadowy group of cabal elites could be secretly running the country. Of course, that's her opinion and she's very well entitled to it. However, is there some degree of merit to that suggestion? Because who's actually running America right now?
