What's this Secret Service lady doing as Trump arrives at ER?

Here's something to look at. It's the Secret Service lady and she seems completely clueless on what to do or where to go. The failures of the Secret Service to protect the president are under major scrutiny. The director is facing screams to resign immediately, but she's been defending the work they did the day Donald Trump was shot. There is no debate, the president was shot and the Secret Service failed completely to protect him. The Secret Service is also to blame for not covering the roof that the shooter was on, which lead to innocent man losing his life. The shooter should have never gotten a shot off. You can't blame the local police for this. You can only blame the Secret Service, which is supposed to be the best of the best. it's THEIR JOB to protect the president and the people around him.
