CNN set all the rules and was highly criticized for it, with many people saying CNN was favoring Joe Biden by putting the rules in place. Then Joe Biden performed poorly in the debate against Donald Trump. Now Joy Behar is unhinged, spreading propaganda and lies, and trying to blame CNN for Joe Biden doing so badly.
