President Joe Biden is seen turning around awkwardly during the D-Day anniversary ceremony. Many people were wondering if he was supposed to turn around, or if he was just confused. The whole thing is very awkward, but it made for a very funny video - and sorta sad too, if he wasn't supposed to turn around at that point.
