I don't know who M&S are, and never heard of them before, and won't care what they sell or do. This Christmas video they released is just about the dumbest thing I have seen in a while. It's like no one learns anything from watching the companies like Bud Light fall apart. This video replaces the word Christmas with THISMAS and people in the comment section were basically asking them WTF are you doing? America loves Christmas and we dislike anyone who shames it. This company made a huge mistake and they may not recover from it.

Unbelievable bitterness. Unfathomable hatred. Irrational decision. The idea that a company would attack people who enjoy the celebration with violent actions, and think it is funny or helpful, makes zero sense. Imagining that mocking a tradition that the majority of humans on earth are involved in, would be productive for this business, makes even less sense. I don't make knee-jerk connections to the spiritual or see Satan behind every ad campaign, but this decision was SO illogical, and will likely be SO unfruitful for the company's bottom line that I have to think dark hate and diabolical evil inspired it. I see no other possible option. SICK!
