They're like South Park in the sense they will mock anyone, especially famous people, and ESPECIALLY FAMOUS PEOPLE WHO ARE PRETTY MUCH USELESS like Harry and Meghan. And what's the slur? I have no idea. Is it making fun of the so-called Royal Couple? Oh well, that's the funny part! The LBC website reported on the Harry and Meghan Family Guy episode, saying the following in an entertainment news report:

In a classic Family Guy cutaway scene, a cartoon version of Harry and Meghan appear, sitting by a pool in their swimwear.
Their butler appears and hands Harry "millions from Netflix for... no one knows what."
The cartoon version of Prince Harry seems to take a dig at the Royal Family.
Meghan then gets a notification on her phone and turns to Harry, saying: "Babe, time to do our daily $250,000 sponsored Instagram post for Del Taco."
In a disgruntled tone, Harry says: "I shouldn't have left the made-up nonsense", in an apparent dig towards the Royal Family.
