KCAL reported the following when they posted this video on YouTube: "Burger King is facing a class-action lawsuit that claims pictured advertisements of its signature Whopper misleads customers of the burgers actual size"

Then I looked up the article and ABC7 covered it too. The ABC7 report said the following:

A federal judge refused to dismiss part of a lawsuit against the restaurant that claims it misrepresents the size of its food.

The class action lawsuit alleges Burger King uses photos of the Whopper in advertisements and on its menu boards that make it look much larger than it actually is.

The fast food chain also asked the judge to dismiss the lawsuit, saying no reasonable person thinks fast food looks like the advertisements in real life. Last week, U.S. District Judge Roy Altman in Miami said only a jury made up of typical customers could make that determination.

I guess a Whopper on a billboard is about 14 feet across? That would be unhandy for a traveling man. Will the jury get to go get one to try?

Who gives a sh-t about Burger King burger size. Anything to complain about. Idiots and the lawyers are only looking for payout in the corrupt courts (top to bottom corrupt courts). What a country.

So I guess every billboard advertisement will now be liable for misrepresentation.
